you get copiers fairly regularly on graysonline that can be had for under $200-$300

I think before you ask opinions on a company to go for it might be helpful to know what it's going to be used for and what you are expecting from it.

I don't believe the product's requirements and my expectations of them were part of the initial question, I am purely looking for copier sale/lease companies that don't have an IT services business unit. Which I seem to have found (thanks all), but thanks anyway.

Ricoh do some nice gear, and can be pretty negotiable on prices too.


but also push there ICT services...
can't say i've had this problem with ricoh, mind you i am the in house IT.

other than that + fwiw, another +1 for ricoh.

I use Konica, have experience with Kyocera also, haven't had trouble with either.

Depending on what the needs are, some of the bigger Oki machines are rather competitive with some of the copiers. RFP'ed one of our customers with Oki, came in way cheaper, but of course the incumbent got scared and said they could warranty the existing machines another 3 years and dropped the prices. Before that, i think we where about half the cost.
