They have an 0900 number, but free email support. What sort of problem are you having, as it is all self service so you should be able to do everything from inside the control panel?

It's credit card payment issue, I have paid my renewal but there was error on their website and charged twice but no renewal given. And their support said they can't find the transaction where my bank said it's been approved already.

Call your bank and ask them to do a chargeback on both transactions.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

I have tried, but the bank said they can't help on this they not even give me a phone number of D4L when I asked for it.
May be I should visit the bank and laid a formal complainant if its not solved this week.

I had similar experience. Invoice last March, paid the bill, got one confirmation but noticed on 1 May that there had been two deductions. Raised ticket 1 May, asked for bank transaction details, advised reference numbers after checking with bank (Westpac) which were same for both but the bank found two separate transaction IDs which I sent. Asked for further details of credit card and dates by Domains4Less on 12 May and advised 19 May that a refund had been processed.

A bit annoying but the amount was small. Maybe I was lucky the bank was quick to report both transaction IDs. Hope they get it sorted for you.

You should ask to escalate it.
