Done it, however... "Cloud storage" seems to be treated in the survey as more of a remote storage solution. I actually use OneDrive for storage/sync but also use Crashplan for backup. The survey hints at backup but the questions aren't really geared that way. So I answered with a focus on OneDrive really.

I struggled with this aspect too. I ticked three services that I use and pay for for different reasons (iCloud, Dropbox, and CrashPlan). It was difficult to answer some questions when my response is different depending on which service we're discussing.

Otherwise a pretty quick and straight forward survey.

Absolutely. Something that we'll work on for next time. Thanks for the feedback!

Done.  The survey seemed targeted.... are you launching something?

Thanks for taking the time to answer the survey and best of luck for the draw. At this stage we are just getting a feel for the market. We'll certainly let you know if plans change.

I felt that too, and it does say if you want to be contacted about a future product. But I do wonder if it is an easy market to compete in, since the big players have far bigger economies of scale, as well as the trust required in terms of reliability.

Done, until I reached the captcha at the end. I don't do those anymore because I'm sick of them endlessly repeating the challenges even when I get them all right.

Guess you have trashed your reputation of your IP address or else are one of those serial cookie clearers.

No, I don't often clear cookies and I have done nothing to sully my IP address. I prefer to think that captcha is just an overbearing piece of crap that has had its day and needs to be retired.

Thats why you would have a 2nd junk email/gmail adress, just for this sort of thing & sites that demand email adress's to download
software/drivers etc

Completely up to you. I can totally understand where you're coming from.

If you'd still like to contribute, I can send you the questions via PM here and you can PM your answers. Then, if you win, I can let you know on here.

Thanks for the feedback either way.

You didn't make that offer to me when I complained about the captcha.
