actually it is.
When no one in the CSP chain wants know, and wont offer usefull help to sort it out...

When I need to come to a forum to get advice on how to move forward & fix this....how does that not point to an issue
with the CSP model, as it is.
All those in the chain do not want to get involved . That points to a serious issue .

Yes, I now have more info to try & move forward. Thats not the point. I shouldnt need to come to a forum to get support for this.

We are a reseller and do some CSP and some direct on behalf and have some clients who go direct to Microsoft.

Your issue isn't with the CSP, it's with the reseller. CSP's cannot get involved, it is the resellers responsbility. You haven't outlined your issue with the reseller, I find it quite strange that they don't want to help you.

As I mentioned I have done quite a few transfers and never had a problem.

Just on a side note, not all CSP's sell through a re-seller, we as a MS Partner and CSP only sell direct to our client businesses, this allows us to sort out licensing for clients and to package product and/or solution bundles for our clients as suits. Our clients also have access to us via 0800 number and support email to ensure we can resolve any issues they might run into.

I do sympathize with the issues you run into when your dealing with a re-seller and are at least 1 step removed from the CSP. At the same time for many people, MS licensing can be terribly complex if not done correctly, O365 in many ways is the most simple licensing arrangement.
