hi all

yeah, any recommendations for mono laser multi functions that will email direct and scan to pdf (pref they also support compressing pdf's ) (smtp to our exchange server that is for email)

looking at the Ricoh mp c305spf, though this is a colour and we do not need that option, just as a comparison, but i would rather go cheaper? also looked at the comparable black and white version, but ricoh only really lease and i would prefer to buy out right.

and no i dont need a full sized photocopier i already have two of those, it can be at the lower end its not printing a huge amount etc...

**not really interested in loading any software on the computers.

Have a look at the OKi range, I am pretty sure they do a MFP with smtp scanning.

thanks for that, i think i settle on a brother, calculating a few things up with them all, brother seems to have a lower per page cost and also 3 year onsite warrantee if you buy a full set of toners at time of purchase, seems like a good deal, though the canon guy is trying to give me a better price, but the per page cost for the canon is a lot higher and i dont see what he is going to do about that.
