I have recently changed to fibre internet & since a lot of people I email are saying my email was in there Junk folder, can this be related to my fibre internet?

Can you get the raw email source from someone that had your email in their Junk folder? Email headers are the first place to look at for these issues.

You don't give much information there...

Are you hosting your email servers yourself? When you moved to a fibre connection, was an ISP change involved? Which ISP you used before, and which are you using now?

If you are hosting yourself, have you changed your server configuration (including reverse DNS) to point to the new IP address? Have you updated the TXT records pointing to new domain/IP?

Exchange is now hosted in New Zealand with OnetNet, ISP is Digital Island & was Digital Islalnd previously. The Exchange was hosted oversea's & I was hoping the to a NZ hosted Exchange was going to resolve the Junk folder issues.

I recommend you start checking the points I made regarding the reverse DNS, how the exchange is configured to respond when connecting, the appropriate records to inform other systems this is an authorised server, etc.

Since the Exchange is hosted, I don't think your choice of ISP has anything to do with that. It would be the case if you were hosting the Exchange on your own broadband, but it doesn't look like it is the case.

If the mail is being sent through an Exchange server run by someone else, you should contact whoever runs it (Digital Island?) -- they're the only ones who will be able to do something about it.

You need to talk with your exchange host, it won't relate to your ISP. Check there is rDNS for your domain and check also if it hasn't been blacklisted.
