Some of you may know that I manage intranets. From large to small companies, from simple to complex systems. Intranets aren't just about the technologies, but the business problems that they try to solve. I'd say this is probably more important than whats going on behind the scenes.
Something that's really growing in the intranet industry is gamification. It's something many of you are already familiar with if you're a gamer... but how can it be applied in a business/work context?
