Greetings.

I am happy to join this forum. I hope to be able to contribute.

I am now more than 10 years in the IT business, providing NZ and overseas based clients with online business applications i.e. bespoke solutions.

I run a small server farm for databases, web and document management from an Auckland ISP.

I have utilised NZ ISP companies for server co-location, broadband, DNS and hosting my own and my client's domain names.

The time has come that my ISP's are not anymore managed by they founding owners, but have been acquired by telcos or other corporates. Quality, support and attitude have gone down a lot.

More an more I am running into issues with NZ ISP's attitude and I want to make a move away from bad ISP's.

Would any members of the forum be able to recommend enterprise level, no bull, effective ISP's with a good attitude, still at a good price-level. I do not want cheap and free, I need professional services.

Thanks for this, and your feedback is very much appreciated.

Felix

Hi Felix,

Not sure what sort of prices you are after but I can recommend www.dts.net.nz as a Auckland based firm with a great attitude

Cheers
James
