Need to swap out the drive in a Lenovo t410s laptop which uses 1.8" microSata form factor.

At the moment all I can find are SSD drives and the prices are seriously high. For what I need to do a standard drive will suffice, but I can't find anyone local who stocks conventional 1.8" drives.

Any tips/advice?

Had a similar problem earlier this year with a Fujitsu.
Best answer was Amazon as nothing local at a respectable price.
