There's always LibreOffice as well - always worth a go if you've never tried it before.

Could download and use Office 2013 preview till you find someone or could just buy office 2013 too when it's released to public and just use the preview till then?

If it looks like a scam and has products for much under regular price - it's probably a scam.

Or OpenOffice. Does 90% of what MS Office does for most people and it'll load/save MS format documents.

I mentioned that earlier - as I understand it, OpenOffice isn't being actively maintained whereas there is plenty of development on LibreOffice (which is a fork of OpenOffice).

If it was legitimate it would have a Microsoft email address in the registrant information.

Instead it has a Chinese email. Do you need more evidence that this is a scam?

If you don't think that site is a scam (or just blatently selling fake/pirated product) I have a nigeran colleague who'd like to talk to you about some money transfer opportunities.

Look at getting Office 2010 Starter (if you running Windows 7). Free version of Word/Excel. Only downside is a small little ad on the side.
