Does anyone know of a VPN solution (preference free) similar to Logmein Hamachi that works with Windows Server 2012?

We currently use Logmein Hamachi, which is perfect except we can't use it on any Windows Server 2012 server we update...

While not a easy to setup or configure solution like Hamachi, could just setup your own VPN or Direct Access solution inside Server 2012?

Also, I don't like the idea of PPTP.
