Not sure if this is the correct forum.

I use cpanel to update a website but haven't done so for quite a while.  I have an email from them regarding an update so attempted to log in but can't do so.  It may be a firewall issue as I have a wroelss router, but I don't know what to do to allow it.  Any help appreciated.

Thanks

I can get to the login page, but the log in fails to authenticate.

Contact your hosting provider and ask them to reset your password?

Sure you have the username correct?
