I've many times downloaded Office 2010 from office.com/productkeycard to install on a customer's new machine.  But today when I click the download button I get a "This page can't be displayed" message.

I'm on Telecom and all other sites are working fine.

Anyone else have this problem?  Can you get to the page where you enter the license no.?

TIA

Not working for me either. It's redirecting to http://downloadoffice2010.microsoft.com/usa/registerkey.aspx?ref=pkc which seems to have taken the day off. Also on Telecom.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

No go for me either on UberGroup fibre in Whangarei.

But I have to ask, why are you downloading the same file every time?
Why not just have the file downloaded once and then have it on a USB stick or something that you can reuse with each client?
The download is just a generic install file and is the same every time you download it.
You only have to enter in the product key before you can download it to prove to MS that you have in fact got a license, it doesn't do anything to the file you download.  You still have to enter in the product key when you install Office.

Yeah I realise it's a generic file that just requires the product key.  I do have one saved somewhere, its just been easier to download when and if I need one.  Until today.

Time to hunt for the file I have downloaded.
