As of 8am this morning I could not receive email to my hosted mailbox, but could still send. On premise users not affected.

Just got through to Office365 support and they said a lot of NZ users reporting this issue - any one else affected?

We're mid-migration from on premises 2k7, using DTS as ISP and SMX as mail relay in case that's relevant.

Yes, I'm seeing this too. One of my customers on Office 365 is experiencing the issue for just two of their users. Outbound emails are fine but these two users can't receive any inbound mail. Even sending an email from their mailbox to themselves doesn't arrive. I've logged a call with Microsoft about it but yet to hear anything back.

I don't think it's ISP related as this customer is only seeing the issue on two of their users.

...and we're working again. I don't mind too much if there's an issue, it happens, but not knowing where or why it's happening is the annoying thing.
