Just a quick question, what kind of speeds should I expect backing up to AWS/Glacier on business fibre?

A derivative based on:

1. The speed and contention of your local circuit
2. The utilisation of your ISP's Internet platform
3. The size and contention of their connection to the Internet upstream
4. the nearest Amazon node for your traffic to go to
5. The size and contention of their connection to the Internet

Amazon Glacier costs what $0.01 per GB / month, IN data is free so upload 1 GB and see how it goes?

We can saturate our connection when sending to AWS, so throttle it in business hours. You will not find the bottleneck at the Amazon end.
Probably the easiest way to get stuff into Glacier is using FastClacier (http://fastglacier.com/). The Pro version allows you to run more than 2 parallel uploads for increased speed.

I've found amazon to have very very good bandwidth. They won't be the problem.
