Hi,

The Telecom/Xtra Queue email service is being retired. I need something to replace it. This is used in the rare case of us having an outage/maintenance window.

There are a few providers out there that will do this, but only if I move my 15 or so domains to them, which I would really like to avoid. I want to move my secondary MX record to them and leave it at that. For billing reasons this may well not be possible.

What I need:

-Must not filter email - that's MailMarshals job.
-Must hold it in a queue for at least 1 week
-Delivery delay notifications must NOT be sent to the sender
-When our internal email server is up again, email should automatically be delivered
-Aprox Cost would be nice..

Any help appreciated.

FreeParking.co.nz do this for us... I think they call it their BackupMX service @ $50/yr. I'm unsure about the delay notifications or filtering.

We have other services with them, but as best I am aware they do not require any other services to be bundled.

You of course have the option to do this yourselves with a VPS somewhere.

DNSEXIT charge $20 a year, it's not a flash website and they almost never respond to support tickets, but the service has been bulletproof and has lots of features.

Thanks guys, I did a bit of a hunt and found an old thred on the same thing also http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=86&topicid=83140 so will look into some of those services. VPS isn't really something we would be interested in.
