Stumbled across this while investigating something else:
https://www.noelleeminggroup.co.nz/
It current reads like a press release advising that NLG have acquired Maclean Technology, the phoenix company born from Maclean Computing when it ran into financial trouble last year. The old company's assets were transferred to the new company under circumstances that got a lot pf people's backs up in the industry, if I remember correctly.
Macleans web site also has a press release: http://www.maclean.co.nz/press-release-1st-november-2013-maclean-secure-backing-of-nzs-largest-retailer/
This is part of an interesting trend with non-traditional companies working their way into the Managed Services space (i.e. NLG). Ricoh the copier company have been advertising their Managed Servicers offering heavily for a while on the radio station I listen to in the car. I guess it is a continuation of the commoditisation (?) of IT. Vodafone offering Office365 is related too.
