I've been having issues trying to login for days (also been having issues from day 1) and can't seem to get past the "please try clearing your cookies"-level tech support.

Tried on IE, Firefox and Chrome. Username and password is correct as this gives a different error.

Error I'm getting is "RealMe is unable to process your request. Please close your browser then try again."

Tried logging into RealMe directly and through Companies office.

Called and emailed multiple times, still no solution.

Personally I think it has to do with issues then they merged RealMe and all the other Govt accounts.

At one stage I ended up with two different RealMe accounts with the same username and password (I'd log in and get alternating details).

Which is why I wanted to know if someone know how the system / merges were actually supposed to work.

Thanks RealMe for the follow-up, turns out there was some bugs on there end which they were able to look into further and resolve.

Cheers
