I am running the free legacy version of Google Apps, and have the new admin dashboard.

When I go to the Google Apps setting in the dashboard, I have a list of 7 standard Google Apps that I can turn on and off for all my users.

If I click on the 'add services' icon I get two options: add Google App Engine services and add Google Apps Marketplace services. I would expect I would also be able to add non-core Google App services, but there is no way to do so.

Specifically, I have been added as a user for another site's Analytics account, and to log in I need to enable Analytics in my Google Apps. (It's not even Analytics for this domain!) I could use a free gmail.com account but it'd be simpler just to use the account I'm logged into all day.

Google's help pages says I should be able to find it from the 'add services' page.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or is it a free Google Apps restriction?

That's exactly the option I'm after, but I don't have it:

What about "More controls" at the bottom of the dashboard

I've checked both my free gapps accounts and the both have other services
