I was wondering if anyone had any recent experiences with Asus Support in NZ which I understand is provided via Tech Central, including quality of service and turn around time?

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation
scuwp: A while ago now but didn't have any problems getting a good result and fair turnaround time for a warranty charging issue.
