Anyone experienced with NEC Univerge 8100 phone systems ?

Ive only just recently started in this position and never used a NEC system before....

Basically a user has moved desks - they original had a desk phone setup as an MLT extension, but the new desk has an existing IP Cordless with an extn - is there an easy way of doing the extension swap ?

TIA

A little.   If you don't know how  I suggest you contact a support company or tech. PM me and I'll put you on to one..  But if you can access  the system go to PRG 11.02 and swap the numbers there.

We do have a support company that I can contact, but thought Id keep them out of the loop (not sure what our contract is with them) for now ;)

I did look at that section....   found a manual as well, will be having a good look today and if get stuck Ill be calling the support guys.

Cheers
