Hi Team

We are re-evaluating our use of CommitCRM as our job tracking and billing software.  One of the packages we are considering is WorkFlowMax.

Is anybody using this to manage jobs for their IT Service business?  If so what is your experience and how heavily have you invested time in setting up templates?  How are Managed vs Time & Materials clients or WFM Jobs handled differently?

Secondly, can anyone recommend someone who might help us set up WFM so we can hit the ground running if we proceed with this?  I am aiming for some face to face time with this person (we are in Auckland), but Skype time would probably be fine.

Cheers
Mike

Hi Mike,

My name is Chirag Ahuja - Marketing Manager (WorkflowMax) at Xero.

I saw Geekzone's tweet regarding this post and thought I will help you out with your research.

WorkflowMax is used by 700+ IT Service firms across Australasia. Since it integrates with both zendesk and freshdesk, its perfect for IT companies as they generally manage lots of customers via support tickets. WorkflowMax also has the best integration with Xero compared with any available app out there. WorkflowMax is a Xero owned product.

We've also just launched our new integration with zendesk (http://www.zendesk.com/apps/workflowmax-timer) .. which is incredibly easy to use.

The software is really easy to get started with and there are also an entire library of videos to help you. If you need still need any help, we have certified implementation partners that can help you get started. I can also introduce you to a Auckland based implementation partner who you can have an in-person chat with to see how you'd like to move forward. Let me know via a private message, and i will be happy to introduce you.

Thanks, and I look forward to hear from you soon.

Cheers,
Chirag.

Client of ours (large signwriting company) use it for their job tracking and invoicing.
They seem to like it.
I cant give much else of an opinion.
