I figured there would be a lot of people here who would be directly involved in the hiring process of IT people. I'm working on a project and am trying to get some feedback on a few things.

I’m looking for people who have hired/been directly involved in hiring IT people within the past year and I would really value your input on a couple of things regarding the recruitment process.

Here’s the link -> https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZXJCK2N (only a quick 7 questions).

Sorry if this is the wrong sub forum. Let me know and I can move it. Any questions please feel free to let me know. Once again really appreciate any feedback I can get!

Just create a profile on LinkedIn, say you're an IT professional, you'll get plenty of recruiters contacting you.

Then you're missing the most critical factor.

Random invite to join their network - no message - no shared connections.

Works for a recruiter.

Recruiters are the used car salesman of IT - shame they are necessary so often.

Lol I'm exactly the same.  How do I know you?  If that's not clear then you've just headed straight to the delete folder.
