Hi There!

I have a customer moving to a new site, and he doesn't really have room for the fax machine, I said I would investigate the above services. He wants to keep his existing number.

Anyone know of reputable, reliable and relatively inexpensive providers?

I've used Kiwifax and 2talk's fax offering (2fax?) in the past and both worked well. But looks like Kiwifax have been bought by someone else so I can no longer vouch for it.

Something I've brought up with WXC Comunications a few times. They have a great fax to email product, but unfortunately not the reverse email to fax. 2talk is your next best bet.

How about a smaller fax, you can get tiny ones. Or maybe a computer with fax software on it? I think you need a dial up modem for this.

2Talk's fax service works perfectly and would be my pick.

You can set them up with a 2Talk number and set call forward immediate on their telecom if this needs to happen immediately. Then you just port the telecom number to 2Talk.

The best way would be just put in an ATA so functionally nothing changes for the customer in terms of day to day use, even if it is just for sending, but if there is no room then that's pretty final!
