I've got WSUS (with local SQL Server) installed on Windows Server 2012 and considering upgrading to R2, does anyone have any experience in doing this, i.e:

is it likely to work or;
should I consider a WSUS migration or;
simply a fresh install of host and software, then copy the downloaded updates from the existing instance to new one?

Should be fine. The upgrade to R2 has been very smooth in my experience for virtually every service - including upgrading a WSUS server. Just snapshot it first just in case?
