Hi.  I have loaded a website onto the net and when i search via google it comes up with the title/subject being the respective page name of my site.  I would prefer it came up with something else e.g the name for the entire website not the page from the website.  Does anyone know how i can change this?  Regards

The TITLE for the default pages (and whatever you put in the TITLE tag) is what Google will show for the site.

I suggest you read http://www.google.com/webmasters/ and http://www.google.com/intl/en/submit_content.html

Also don't worry too much about Google only. There are othr search engines people use and you have to be "friends" with all of them.
