They have direct debited my company's bank account for too much and are not answering their phone.

Update -

They have also deducted the amount from the settlement, so basically double dipped.

What happened:

Customer orders product online. I can't supply (very rare occasion) so I refund customer before the payment had settled (in to company account).

Swipe direct debits more than the amount AND deducts it from the settlement.
