We have been using local distributor Exeed as a supplier for a good chunk of the SMB computer equipment we have available to business clients.  In the 3-ish years we have been dealing with them, there have been two problems with the supply of equipment.

On both occasions - the first 3 years ago by phone and the most recent yesterday by email - the response has been swift and proactive.

From time to time things go wrong for everybody.  Some companies will make excuses.  Some companies will not return calls/emails.

Based on our experience on these two occasions, and their normal efficiency at getting orders out the door, I cannot commend Exeed highly enough to other IT companies.
