The company I'm currently working for (I'm a BA) have a requirement to install a Workforce Management System so it is much easier to do the rostering for all the CSR's.

Searching online produces quite a few software offerings, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

Relatively small call centre with approx 50 staff.  Running business hours generally, but also weekends.

Any suggestions gratefully received laughing

Depends on your budget, will you expand beyond 50 staff in the next 3 years, will you maintain the solution or have in house IT/outsourced IT to admin it in day to day operations and the same but in fault-outage conditions?
