Anyone know of a free package (preferably PHP/SQL) for management of loan items ?

Tried a few that Ive found via Google and all have majorly buggy code in them and not been worked on for 10 years.....

We had an inhouse system for loan items but that refuses to run properly on Windows 7 and the dev has since left.

Using Exchange resources is not an option.
