Slightly unusual situation for me here.

I work for a healthcare company and we're currently tendering for an small system in Tonga and need to provide a hardware as part of it - a single server, 2 workstations, small NAS + Windows and SQL licensing.

The unusual part is for us is having to provide the hardware.  All of our existing customers are DHBs and clinics that source and build their own kit.

What I need is a quote from a company that can pre-stage the server to our spec before packaging it to survive shipping to Tonga.  It would be great if you could also quote the shipping + insurance costs (but realistically I'm not expecting that and we'll handle that part).

Not wanting to waste anyone's time, I'll repeat that we don't normally do hardware so it's likely to be a one off - i.e not so much ongoing business.

Message me directly for the specs if you're interested.

Thanks!

You probably wont find a hardware vendor who will do that directly, too small.

Suggest you try integrators/SME IT Providers such as (in no particular order):

Spark Digital/Gen-i
Datacom
SoftSource
Origin IT

etc etc.

Ahh... I realise that hardware vendor is the wrong term.  I was in fact meaning something along the lines of an SME IT Provider.

Our sales manager had gotten quotes from a couple of providers already but they can't or won't do the build, they just wanted to provide the hardware.

Maybe try softsource/origin. Have had good experiences in the past.

Thanks for the suggestions all.

I've been contacted by a couple of providers and gotten quotes which are acceptable so this is all sorted.

Quick is good :)
