Hi Team

Some o our clients are experiencing a major Office 365 email outage.

An international client who's Office 365 is managed from their Head Office in Hong Kong advise their Outlook says is is not connected as of around 90 minutes ago.  Emails to that client are being bounced back immediate with 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.  This is rather embarrassing for our client to have that bounce back to their customers.

Ourselves, Outlook is connected and folders are syncing, but messages are stuck in the Outbox.

Hopefully sorted promptly.

Correct, and that should form part of your risk assessment when evaluating cloud services.
