Anyone done a Greentree to Xero conversion?
Looking for a support partner to help us import 2 years worth of transactions into Xero

Wow that is a massive downgrade! Are you sure Xero will handle the volume of transactions, features etc. that you have?

You are probably best to get someone who knows Greentree as Xero is pretty easy to use. I think they use Jade as the underlying source? The problem is that there are so few Greentree partners that they probably are not happy when their customers move!

Off the top of my head I know that Capital IT in Wellington deal with both? Otherwise try the other Greentree partners like Verde or Endeveour?

I know someone who used to do conversions for Greentree, I can drop him a line and see if its something he could do (if he still has the resources to do it) ....

Thanks for the suggestions - a company that work with both like you say would be ideal, so will have a look at those guys. xpd thanks I may get back to you on that.

Xero will do significantly more out of the box than currently using in GT (having said that there are features we are not utilising which may be hard to replicate in Xero if we did want to use them); however like you say it is just an idea at this stage and will need a more thorough investigation.
