As subject, is there a reject_unknown_sender_domain equivalent for Mailmarshal?

I understand that this is heavy on DNS hence why an ISP may never enable such a filter but I'm wondering if MailMarshal can do lookups on the sender's email address (different to looking up the claimed fqdn of the connecting server).
