The last 2 modest orders we have placed with Computer Dynamics before 10am have arrived with us same-day, across town in Auckland.  I don't remember that happening before.

We've had a small issue with Synnex for the last couple of weeks.  I called this morning, advising the first person that answered the phone very politely that I was a bit frustrated and asking for some assistance to get the issue resolved.  The person who took the call (and wasn't even in the right team) owned it, and I've had 2 lots of communication and a same-day delivery from this person.  I'm back to being a fan.

Thank you.  :)

One of the CDL warehouses, I forget if it's wellington or Auckland is right next to their courier depot. We've often placed orders with them after 5 and they arrive before we open in the morning. Or during the day we've had delivery after a few hours. Makes a huge difference when you yourself have a customer waiting.

A number of our suppliers deliver same day to us. It's good however if it's new to you and you like it :)
