Is anyone else seeing this message when logging into your Office 365 webmail account?



Strange thing is that I have 15 licenses in two subscriptions and both subscriptions are still valid - one renews in June 2016 and the other in August 2016.

Case closed...

Got a call from Microsoft Singapore after creating a support request - called about 30 minutes after creating it. Basically the subscription we had with 14 users was "suspended" when I moved these seats to another plan. Because this was done a couple of months ago the (empty) subscription was cancelled - this is what the message is about.

It will disappear from my account in early December.

All clear1
