If you use Mandrill for your webapp, you might want to start looking for alternatives.

Mandrill (owned and operated by MailChimp) is closing their free tier and tripling the price of their basic package (up to 25,000 emails a month), as they become an add-on to MailChimp.

The change takes affect on the 27th of april.

They sent an email this week that I almost missed, so thought I would warn people on Geekzone that might be using Mandrill. Will be moving the customers I have on Mandrill to SendGrid.

Thanks for that. Our web guy has mail from our website using mandrill. I think we are the only customer he has using it.

I might point out sendgrid to him.
