Does anyone here have any experience with Atera RMM software?

I've been using GFI MAX RemoteManagement for several years (since it was HoundDog) to manage my customers but they've recently been acquired by SolarWinds and I'm not happy with the support and performance of the product.  Also the cost has increased quite a bit.

I've been hearing some good things about Atera and I'm keen to get some real world feedback before I consider switching.  How good is the Splashtop Remote Access?

I haven't signed up for a trial of Atera yet but plan to do that soon.

Any feedback or comments anyone has wold be appreciated.
