There's also no simple (or any) way to determine when a return is due by

 

For some reason they've obscured my GST number even though I am in a secure system

 

I mean honestly - who are the tards that dream up these  "improvements"

I had just provided them feedback about exactly the same thing, nowhere could I see where a GST return and payment was due once I started to fill out the forms. I had to go have a look at their "important dates" calendar from the main site.

The people who write the system don't actually use the system, but you'd expect they would have used some actual customers to help design and test this thing. 

 

The timing of the implementation is curious too, why now, during such an important time for many taxpayers. Maybe it was convenient from a cut-over perspective. Who knows.
