Hi There

What are my options for issues with a office365 reseller .?
MS have almost no info , they said go to the partner
The partner/reseller wont talk to us, wont give us any info.

Basicly, staff who arranged the 365 have left. So now we need to find out what they signed up for
eg how many lic's , at what cost, and how long term was it for
Also confirm breakdown of monthly costs.

I'm stuck in the middle here, the Manager is p*ssed off, reseller wont reply to managers calls or requests for info.
Manager wants some answers , and want to get some controll over this .

Can we move to a differnet partner , one that is responsive to enquiries regarding the monthly bills.

Im in the middle, asked to help sort it out. MS wernt helpfull with requests for info, they said go to the partner/reseller

Cheers

Hi

Another partner can take over the account.

Do you pay Microsoft directly, or do you get an invoice from the reseller that won't talk to you?

Is there an immediate fault/problem, or are you just frustrated but the issue can be sorted over a few days?

Cheers
Mike

When any of your users log in to the Office 365 portal do the see a tile called "Admin"?

If so they are likely to have some admin rights, and may be able to get the info you need.

As above if you pay the reseller thier invoice should detail licenses etc

Where are you based?
