My Office 365 1 year sub expires in a couple of weeks. I haven't gone through the renewal process before.

Are there any gotchas I should know about it?

Don't know about gotchas but if you are looking for a bargain, PB Tech has the 5 PC/Mac version for $99 tomorrow

@djshadow Thanks for the heads up there. It is the 5x license that I have.

Is it true you can "stack up" the subscriptions? IE if I bought 2 of those, can I apply them both now and get another 2 years on my sub, or would I have to hold one back and use it next year?

Nope - you'll get an email telling you its renewed, and then you will be billed whenever thats due.

If you havent swapped email addresses, or your credit card is still valid... all ok...

With the 5 PC/Mac version, can you have it on 2 PC & 3 Mac's or is the subscription not available across os's.

You can spread your 5 license count between Windows and macOS hardware as you wish.

Do whatever you want to do man.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

If I let Microsoft renew automatically wont I pay full Microsoft price of $165ish? Better to find a cheaper 1-yr code and load it on before hand?

Depends on what plan you've chosen. Some allow you to commit to a year and pay monthly - but of course, if you can get something cheaper, go for it!

That's what I did in the past .  Loaded 5 years on and I see it expires in 2020  but I can no longer see the stack option  any longer only "Auto Renew"  I have about 5 years of new licenses here  that I have bought at various sales over thew past two years..

Anyone  know where it lives now??
