I'm going mental here.

I want to open a support ticket about some issues with my Online Exchange account.

Everything I read says I can submit a ticket and get email or phone based support, but when I follow the instructions the only option I get is for them to contact me via phone with the "Let us call you" option.

It is so much harder trying to explain a complicated issue over the phone to someone, especially when English may be their second language. I would much rather deal with them via email or live chat.

Can anyone advise how I can submit a query other than "Let us call you"?

I'm sure there is a whole support section on the left hand pane at https://portal.office.com I think if you use the orange box in the bottom right it only offers "Let us call you".

I must say while all my support tickets have been serviced by people with accents they quickly understood what I wanted and were knowledgeable.
