Im considering email signature management software
Ive had a quick look at Crossware & Exclaimer , but their websites are somewhat vague
Email will soon be moved to 365 , so its either 365 based sig manager , or Outlook based/interfacing sig manager
ie signature added via Outlook, or added at the 365 sever
What are the pro's & cons of either ? The idea is to centralize all signature design, so users cant alter their signature .
Some laptops are offsite so not connected the the head office network (apart from Outlook, but thats soon to move to 365) . Im guessing 365 based sig software would be easiest to setup for those ?
Any other Alternative Signature software management systems worth a look at ?
