Hi there

Im considering email signature management software
Ive had a quick look at Crossware & Exclaimer , but their websites are somewhat vague

Email will soon be moved to 365 , so its either 365 based sig manager , or Outlook based/interfacing sig manager
ie signature added via Outlook, or added at the 365 sever
What are the pro's & cons of either ? The idea is to centralize all signature design, so users cant alter their signature .
Some laptops are offsite so not connected the the head office network (apart from Outlook, but thats soon to move to 365) . Im guessing 365 based sig software would be easiest to setup for those ?

Any other Alternative Signature software management systems worth a look at ?

Thanks

Crossware and Black Pearl are both NZ companies that can do this and work with o365. Recommended checking them out. Reach out to them via website and I'm sure they will help

My organisation has been using exclaimer signature for office 365 since 2015 and prior to that, we used exclaimer for on-premise exchange. I've got two different signature groups basically two brands. Also, I use special signatures for events and occasions like new year Christmass etc. Never had a problem with it. The scheduling works perfectly. The designer we use designs our signature and sends us the components which then I forward to exclaimer. They send a prepared signature and I just have to upload it and apply to a group.

Would be good if Office 365 could handle this without the need for a 3rd party app.

We have a client with Exclaimer with on site Exchange, does our heads in when it plays up but otherwise seems to do the job for them.

both 365 based systems mention Azure
Is that an additional cost , or included as part of the Exclaimer/Crossware package ?

Sorry to ask here , their websites have info well & truly buried, apart from the usual sales pitch & brief overview.

we only pay for the subscription licence per user per year (annual commitment). Exclaimer uses Azure API and runs on Azure platform they market it that way as your email does not leave Microsoft until the signature has been applied (i think)

Former work used Crossware.. It just worked, and worked very well at that.. Highly recommend, and it's on the list to implement at my current place of work.

We use a Code Two product with O365, it works really well:

I was going to say that CodeTwo seem to be MS preferred but you have to have 10 Users. Not so good for smaller companies.
