Hi Team

Is anyone else using ConnectWise Manage and having email connector troubles over the last month?  We are using the AU Cloud installation and every couple of days for the last month, our email connector stops working in the early morning and the issue resolves itself around 9:15am.

We've had a ticket in progress over the last fortnight, but no resolution so far.

I have speculated wildly that there is a scheduled maintenance task running on the AU Cloud that restarts something in the early hours Aussie time but the bright spark who scheduled it didn't take NZ hours into account, though the issue does not occur every day.  Perhaps the maintenance fails every few days and there is a 'mop up' task that runs later on to resolve this, as the correction seems to be like clockwork at 9:17am.

Cheers
Mike

I have experienced this quite often and have posted to CW Support as well! Hopefully they have this sorted

Thanks Daniel.  I'll PM you for more details and to swap notes.
