Trying to help someone with submitting an app to Apple but hitting a wall....  weve added some screenshots from their phone running their app, promotional blurb etc, but getting this when hitting submit.

Is this telling me to add screenshots from each device ? Or have we missed something.

TIA

think the "!" next to iPad is trying to say that you don't have an iPad-sized screenshot uploaded.

Yeah its universal.  We dont have access to all these devices they want them for tho.... I thought apps would adjust for the screen if coded correctly, but obviously not. Android was so much easier :D

Which is why apps across tablet and phone are so fragmented and inconsistent on Android :)

There is a difference between iPhone and iPad app's as far as Apple is concerned. In all honesty if you are making an App for both you should really be testing the app on all devices that you are marketing.

To just assume Apple will sort out any programming to make things work on different devices isn't a good approach.
