Help please....if I have posted to the wrong area, then I apologize to the group in advance laughing.

We have a number of MS SQL databases with each database linked to its own client application (ie Great Plains, MS CRM, Payroll, etc.).

We currently use a product that takes, in most cases, an XML file created as output in say MS CRM for a contact and then updates the relevant contact information in Great Plains, the payroll system, etc.  The idea being that if a person's address changes (for example) the relevant record in another database is updated without the need to manually update it or for a human being to check it, unless the system throws out an exception.

I am interested in finding out what other products are out there that people are using to do the same thing and achieve the same results.

Our current product works but is on a MS 2003 server using SQL 2003 and hence the need to look for something.

Thanks in advance.
