Can anyone recommend a good self service password reset tool that has out of the box implementation and support for both a Citrix storefront page and also has windows 10 support?

We've evaluated a manage engine product, which worked fine for the windows PC's but it became apparent very quick that their "Citrix Support" was just them googling article's giving multiple "solutions" that were just community forum posts so i've scrapped the idea of using that product.

The Citrix SSPR product looks good but as far as I can tell doesn't have windows implementation and I want to avoid having to use different products if I don't have to.... or am I asking to much?

Cheers

The previous Citrix SSPR solution did support the Windows GINA, then was dropped when Storefront first came out, then bought back again when Storefront developed further.

It integrates directly into the Storefront web site so no longer works with the GINA therefore won't work with the Windows logon.

Depending on the environment and if you have lots of money, Imprivata supports Windows and Citrix environments.

Argh that's a shame they removed the windows GINA support..

Looks like Imprivata's SSRP service is bundled with a bunch of other things in their SSO product which unfortunately aren't a current requirement for our organisation..

Cheers though! I shall keep looking.
