Hello,

my domain is 1 year old and i have paid $ to registrar njal.la for next year for my domain but what i see now my domain is on pending release status and my DNS totally removed and domain is not working anymore.

njalla team said that

(Hi,
we have contacted the registrar to find out why the domain was not renewed, it was paid for until June 2, 2020.
kind regards, Njalla team)

and after few hours he again reply me with this

(The .nz registrar claims a letter was sent to your address with a code, but we never got that letter.)

its been 3 days now and still there is no update about my domain and its still on pending release, what should i do? please suggest me.

thanks

As per DNC....

"Means the domain name has been cancelled and is in a 90 day pending release period. Only the current registrant can reinstate the name during this time."

So sounds like it expired and whoever the registrar is, is taking their time in processing your payment.

Once you get it sorted I would move your domain to a competent registrar. Metaname is one I have used for many years with no issues.

Hi, we have sent the required documents to the registrar and are awaiting a response. There is nothing we can do to speed up the process, but rest assured we are on it.
kind regards, Njalla team

What were your reasons for signing up with them in the first place?

I'd suggest once you get it back you move to a more competent company who is actually a registrar and not just a middleman.
