Hey all,

 

Can anyone else resolve xero.co.nz/www.xero.co.nz to an IP?

 

Have checked a few networks and none seem to have a DNS record for xero.co.nz - i'm expecting a lot of calls this morning :(

Ok xero.com seems to be resolving so at least we can access that way

it seems only www.xero.com has a valid record from what I can see.

Yeah - the mobile app seems to be OK as well - hopefully not to many calls then, and an easy waorkaround

Interestingly - status.xero.com is working and says all is OK but support.xero.com isn't, so we can't report the issue lol

I can't resolve xero.com or xero.co.nz - login.xero.com works.

Looks like some of their DNS records have gone awol - support.xero.com isn't working but you can get to the page by https://central.xero.com/s/

Issue may be at Akamai (Xero's DNS provider) - downdetector has a few people reporting issues - not a lot tho (86 as at 8.15am)
