Ive used them for the last 2-3 years hosting my website. The website plan came with 10 email addresses which I was using for maybe 18 months before migrating to O365, but when I used it, it was pretty straight forward (imap). No issues experienced except for when i changed a password on a mail account and forgot to update it (so user error). Other than that I had one outage in that time, and when logging a ticket, they responded in maybe 2-4 hours?
It feels like a small shop (maybe 1-2 people that run the business) as every time ive emailed them, its the same person that responds.
But yea, other than that, pretty solid service, stable platform (as far as I can see) and great pricing.
I would agree with above small shop personal service
They are crazy patient with me.
So yes I would recommend them.

I can't comment on this company, but if your primary interest is email then you may be better off with a specialist email hosting company - Google Mail, FastMail, etc. Generalist web hosts don't tend to be as good at email as dedicated email hosts.

Its only for home users using IMAP. So paying $3-6 per user a month vs $30 a year with someone such as the above.
I've been fine with hosting it myself for last couple of years, but making some changes.

Yeah a dedicated email host does get more expensive. Fortunately I'm grandfathered onto a reasonably low cost plan with Fastmail. Zoho has 5GB email plans for A$1.50 per month which isn't bad.
